In 1995,  A'Alam Al-Dawa was formed and established as a Yemeni limited Sharing Company for Drug Importing, Distribution- General Agencies and investment.

The Idea for  A'Alam Al-Dawa was new to the Yemeni local drug and medicine market, so it was registered as a new idea under idea's license (1842/21).

The main Idea was to establish a company with the vision of fulfilling the needs of the Yemeni local market with the state of the art technology in medical equipment, and to "Available-In-Hand" all drugs and medicine that may be needed for local Yemeni Drug and medicine market.
Before 1995 the local Yemeni Drug and Medicine market faced severe problems in locating locally up to date Drugs and medicine, since there were a shortage for that kind of technology and research locally. There where no dedicated Company(s) or community responsible for tracking latest drug and medicine, and to introduce it to the local Yemeni market.

 A'Alam Al-Dawa, was there for established and registered in the supreme board of drugs on the 29th of October 1995 (42/95) as an Importing and distributor company for drugs and medical appliances.

 A'Alam Al-Dawa, is also registered in the Yemeni Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the 22nd of October 1995 (12736) with an Excellent sort of membership.
